We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead SAP S/4HANA delivery and practice-building initiatives, with a strong preference for expertise in SAP FICO. This leadership role requires managing end-to-end delivery, fostering client relationships, and developing a high-performing SAP practice while driving innovation and growth.
Delivery Management:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects (RISE with SAP & GROW with SAP), ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
Act as the escalation point for project-related issues and ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
Practice Building:
Build and scale the SAP S/4 practice, focusing on expanding capabilities in FICO and other related SAP modules.
Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks to streamline delivery processes.
Identify and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Client Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions to achieve strategic objectives.
Lead presales activities, including proposal development, presentations, and effort estimation.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Provide guidance on technical and functional aspects of SAP S/4, particularly in FICO.
Innovation and Strategy:
Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA advancements and industry trends, ensuring the practice remains competitive.
Develop strategies to expand the organization's footprint in SAP-related markets.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP implementation, with at least 5 to 6 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with SAP FICO modules.
Proven track record of delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations.
